  1. Tried almost all of the systems in this video, but never found what our construction company needed. Stumbled across Grade ERP by chance when we were about to give up. They are new to the market, but we took a chance and wow! It was a perfect fit for our processes. We finally stopped losing documents and getting confused in estimates. we can see changes in the project at a glance, we buy materials on time, and many things have gotten better

  2. Thanks for good review! Now I use WorkTime to track my work. It has all the basic features, including my login/logout time but additionally, it creates reports on how productive I was during those hours.

  3. There are many Scrum tools in the market, recently there has been a new entrant in this space, known as Vabro. Vabro works on the triple organization principles of Portfolios, Programs, and Projects. It helps teams with the most efficient way of release post Sprints. The feature set includes, Prioritized Product Backlog, Scrum Board (that includes files, links, and comments by the Development Team). Most groundbreaking feature set is that the Tool is powered by AI, that helps further to manage repetitive tasks by the team.

  4. thanks for the video. I think, there are a lot of good project management software / pages. But I need something only for ressource planing and allocation. i mean something modern, not excel like we did in the 90s ;-)) i want to drag tasks and see overbooking imideatly. i also need a seat view (and not only ressources). if someone has a tip, i would really appreciate. thanks!

  5. Thanks for the overview. I know there are a large numbers of players in the project management space, but I would really appreciate your views on some of the ones I have been dabbling with, like Microsoft Project (which I have been teaching about to a number of companies in Sweden) , Zoho Projects (which I just started to learn) and SmartSuite (which we currently use for planning both contact and project managing in-house). And keep up the good work 🌷!
