"We want to hear from you! What backup software are you using? Have you tried any of these?”
Thank you, I've tried Minitool, these types of programs all seem to do similar, ie back to a "special file type", I'm seeking one that just copies the files "same as" onto my external drive, not to a proprietary zip file. So I tied the Minotool sync function and this copies the files over like for like, great!! , BUT on a repeat sync it does it ALL again and does Not do a incremental sync. so again it takes ages still. I may as well just copy in file explorer. Any ideas?
You briefly talk about the ease of back, but you should have included steps required for restoring to a new system.
NEVER USE ONLINE Backup… Go buy an external backup drive… Safe and easy you can also buy C port USB drives to hook to your phone and then transfer them later to your External Backup Drive..
Veeam – free, excellent
Please cut the incessant music. As they say "quiet in the classroom!"
Hasleo Backup Suite and FreeFile Sync
I use FreeFile Synchj, not actually to backup, better say to synch important folders. Thank you for this video. These are three programs that many recommend, but I'm interested in which one is your choice out of these three and why? It would also be great if you could mention how they generally work in terms of speed and resource usage on the computer. Maybe in a new video?
