  1. 0:59 You always say this but never explain why you like higher free cash flow than earnings.
I don't even fully understand how a company can, sustainably, have more free cash flow than their earnings. Where is that cash flow coming from?

  2. Great video! It's not a very well know stock but I recommend investing in Pennantpark Floating Rate Capital Ltd (PFLT) They pay a nice monthly dividend and the dividend yield is 11:94%

  3. How can someone build wealth like Warren Buffett without having to hold onto stocks for a long time? I'm fully in cash at the moment and looking to invest after the current dip. Honestly, even with discipline, I'm not sure where to begin. Should I concentrate on stocks, real estate, or simply focus on saving more?

  4. Stocks that I would want to choose for 2025 include AMZN, GOOGL, META, MSFT, MCO, MSCI, SPGI, UBER, ASML, TSM, and NVDA. Aim to maintain everything at 10%. Could you please advise me on the safest investments I could make with $200k to beat the market in 2025?

  5. SCHD is by far my largest holding with my share count approaching 8000. I don't expect more than 5% growth going forward. S&P's historic return is closer to 9%. If SCHD matches that return we can assume 4% yield + 5% growth = 9%. We have been in an unprecedented bull cycle since SCHD's inception (13 1/2 years). It's not going to continue like that. We have been spoiled.

  6. Putting well-earned money into the stock market can't be over emphasised for first-time investors, unlike a bank where interest is sure thing! Well, basically times are uncertain, the market is out of control, and banks are gradually failing. I am working on a ballpark estimate of $5M for retirement, and I have a good 6-figure loaded up for this, could there be any opportunity for a boomer like me?

  7. I recently read an article about a man who identified AI stocks before the AI boom, highlighting the importance of information and insight. I believe AI is poised to enter a new phase, and I aim to position my $200k investment portfolio to capitalize on significant gains.

  8. I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Amalia Gaspary.

  9. I'm retired at 47, went from Grace to Grace. This video here reminds me of my transformation from a nobody to good home, honest wife and 35k biweekly and a good daughter full of love❤️

  10. I have $320,000 in debt, which has been straining my income. I recently received a $102,000 insurance payout from a work injury and want to grow the money through stocks to help pay off my debt by Q3 of next year. Would you recommend these stocks?

  11. Everyone’s been preaching investing lately as a source of passive income but with a 70 hour weekly jobs and limited knowledge of financial instruments. The smartest move right now is to dive into stockmarket trading instead of just waiting for market to only shift up while you can also earn while is shifting down. The stock market is volatile, with prices constantly pumping and dumping, so why not trade and make profits whether prices go up or down?

This is a prime time to start trading. With the right approach, you can potentially earn significant profits, like $55,000 monthly, regardless of economic challenges. I credit my success to Victoria Artenie Plesu, whose deep market knowledge has helped us achieve great returns through her signals. Let's seize this opportunity!
